PUM is a Dutch NGO headquartered in The Hague, and was founded in 1978 by the confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW) and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Over the past 45 years, PUM has collaborated with more than 40,000 businesses worldwide working with small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as entities that support them.

This collaboration represents a major step forward in empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) within the dental sector in Ethiopia.
